If you need a new roof these are your guys! David and his crew were fast , hard working , thorough, diligent, and completely professional. I got tired just watching them work. I've been daunted by the prospect of getting our roof redone because I kept getting aggressive sales pitches with astronomical estimates from various roofing companies who could see a roof in need of repair. It wasn't until a trusted neighbor recommended Milian Roofing that I was ready to take the plunge. My neighbor's roof looked great and he had only positive things to say including the data point that Milian was very competitive. David Milian guided me through the best material choices which while not the cheapest options will likely outlast me. We set a date and I'll be damned if they didn't bang it out in a weekend ( and a hot one at that). His company deftly replaced plywood when needed and got the house and two car garage looking better than new.I've been singing their praise to my neighbors but also wanted this review out there on the inter webs so that his company isn't a well kept secret though it probably should be. I'll tell you my roofer but not my mushroom patches. Hire these guys now while they still have openings and the rains are a few months out.

I had a roof leak in the bedroom above my garage. I needed a roof repair ASAP and called five other roofing companies that morning before I found Milian Roofing. I had two appointments for the next day and three for the day after but David agreed to come and look at my roof that afternoon.
My roof was a 15 year roof that was installed over 23 years ago. After seeing the moss damage for myself I decided to replace the whole thing. He came back the next day to staple a tarp to the valley of the roof because more rain was coming. We also came up with a schedule to figure out when the job could start and a two week window to give me an idea when this project could be completed.
I picked a Shasta white 50 year roof that I have great confidence in because David's crew was very professional. So experienced between the three of them. They finished installing the roof in a day and a half. They are also very neat and left my yard cleaner than it was.
I'm very satisfied and the price was more fair than the big name companies.

From start to finish Milian Roofing provided stellar service. I got several bids for the roof replacement on my house built in 1908. The roof was about 23 years old. David's proposal was detailed and he was patient, without using "mansplaining" for this single, senior woman with lots of questions. His was not the cheapest estimate but I felt like the estimate was reasonable and very professional.
Once the estimate was agreed upon, it was helpful to use the Owens Corning roof visualizer on line to see the unique roof color on my house, and move forward using Docusign.
The crew did an excellent job replacing the shingles, flashing and even did minor repairs and improvements. Clean up was great, leaving my place looking better than at the start of the project. I am very pleased.
Would I recommend them? Absolutely!

These guys came to my old 1908 house, steep 10/12 pitch, three layer tear off. Despite the hardships of the project the team maintained a great attitude and finished the project cleanly and in a timely manor. I'm very happy with how it all turned out, and the house looks amazing with her new roof!
